Xymax Real Estate Institute

Xymax Corporation (“Xymax”) announced the establishment of Xymax Real Estate Institute.

In Xymax Group, until today, research and analysis have been conducted by two group companies: Xymax Real Estate Marketing Institute covered research and analysis on commercial property leasing market and real estate management. Xymax Building Science covered technical research and study of commercial property operation and maintenance.

By merging the two companies to form Xymax Real Estate Institute, Xymax Group is expected to provide services and information including not only useful information that meets the expectation of building owners and occupiers but also our new form of integrated information by combining the real estate market data and real estate management skills
