Xymax Announces Director Change
Xymax Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Masafumi Shimada) announced a director change.
Director Change Effective from January 1, 2016
Shotaro Kanemitsu will retire from the director's position at Xymax Corporation.
After his retirement, he will join SG Realty Co., Ltd. as director first and then will take the representative director's position on March 21, 2016.
Following the retirement of Shotaro Kanemitsu, the director and executive managing officer Tomohiko Miyajima will take over the administrative and personnel department and the legal department, and Shigeki Kawakita will be a managing director and take over the accounting and treasury department.
