Yugen Kaisha Xymax Senpal, a fund managed by XYMAX REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ADVISORS Corporation, received the "Green Star" in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment.
Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) is an organization started in 2009 by groups including Europe's major pension funds to increase and maintain the investment value by assessing and improving the sustainability performance in the real estate market globally. GRESB started the benchmark survey in 2010. The survey assesses the environmental, social and governance (ESG) related performance of real estate companies and fund management firms. This year is the eighth year of the survey.
