GRESB Survey: Highest Rank "Green Star" for Three Years in a Row
Yugen Kaisha Xymax Senpal, a fund managed by Xymax Real Estate Investment Advisors Corporation, received the "Green Star" in the GRESB Survey.
1.About GRESB
Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) is an organization started in 2009 by groups including Europe's major pension funds to increase and maintain the investor value by assessing and improving the sustainability performance in the real estate market globally. GRESB started the benchmark survey in 2010. This survey assesses the environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance of real estate companies and fund management firms. This year is the seventh year of the survey.

2.GRESB Survey 2016
We are awarded the "Green Star" for three consecutive years since 2014.
"Green Star" is the highest of the four ranks in the GRESB Survey. This year, 759 real estate companies and funds around the world participated in the survey, including six from the eastern Asia's non-listed commercial real estate sector. Yugen Kaisha Xymax Senpal ranked the 383rd in the world and the second in the eastern Asia's non-listed commercial real estate sector.
3.Xymax Group's Performance
Xymax Group and Xymax Real Estate Investment Advisors developed a sustainability vision and policy and joined the GRESB Survey since 2013 as part of its approach. In the 2016 survey, Xymax Group's approach to improve the sustainability performance was regarded highly in the categories such as "Management" and "Monitoring & Environmental Management Systems".
