Xymax Group reorganized its corporate structure in October two years ago and established Xymax Properties Kansai Corporation (headquartered in Kita-ku, Osaka and headed by representative director Seiji Yoon). The Group is currently in the process of developing a consolidated real estate management service system that is more dedicated to local clients than ever before.
The purpose of this acquisition is to use the office building as the Group's Osaka office and to lease part of the space to tenants. The name of the building will be changed eventually.
