Acquisition of Taiyo Nissan Shimbashi Building

Xymax Corporation (“Xymax”) acquired an asset described below.

The building is perfectly located in an office area along Hibiya Street in the northeast corner of the Nishi Shimbashi 2-chome intersection. The building was constructed in 1958 and expanded in 1973. The seismic reinforcement works with quake-absorption were completed in 2007 and 2012, respectively. The building is old but has been properly maintained with occasional replacement of facilities including air conditioning system, exterior walls and elevators. The building is currently occupied by an affiliate company of the seller who will leaseback and continue the occupancy for one year. Xymax and its affiliates will occupy the space after the end of the leaseback.
