Xymax Corporation (CEO: Masafumi Shimada) is delighted to announce the opening of the Singapore Representative Office.
Our Objectives
Since its establishment in 2000, Xymax Group has been providing complete real estate management services encompassing property management (leasing and operating the property on behalf of the owner) and asset management of securitization properties for the overseas and domestic investors and operational companies in Japan. Assets under our management include office buildings, retail facilities, and multi-purpose facilities across Japan.
Overseas investors are now shifting their position on real estate investment in Japan. With our new office in the Asia’s financial center, Xymax will conduct research on potential overseas investors considering real estate investment in Japan, promote the recognition of Xymax Group, and provide latest real estate market trends in Japan.
